Executive Summary
Took over mid-project ownership of a multi-branch inventory system across 5 military branches (ICT, Quarter Master, Training & Support, Mechanical Transport, College Engineering). Personally led onsite requirement-alignment meetings with Col GS, CI, and branch officers, leading the development of PBAC/RBAC workflows and real-time asset management.

The Challenge
The project's requirements were expanding rapidly across 5 distinct military branches while CTO availability dropped, leading to critical integration challenges:
- 1Evolving Requirements: Multiple officer tiers (Directing Staff, Clerks, Orderly Officers) required dynamic access control and multi-stage approvals.
- 2Manual Paper Workflows: High dependency on physical paper logs for asset inspection, approvals, and distribution across branches.
- 3Lookup Bottlenecks: Finding item status manually took considerable operational effort across thousands of military assets.

⚙️1. Access Control & Branch Management
- RBAC & PBAC Workflows: Built core modules covering user management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and multi-tier Policy-Based Approval Workflows (PBAC).
- Dynamic Onboarding: Architected dynamic branch management (branch creation, branch-level access control, per-branch role menus) allowing new branches to onboard without code changes.
⚡2. Real-Time Tracking & Barcode Lookup
- Barcode Integration: Implemented barcode-driven lookup using bwip-js and react-barcode, cutting item search times to under 0.5 seconds.
- Real-Time State propagation: Engineered live asset visibility via a centralized Redux state layer and Socket.io push notifications; deployed on VPS.
